A Partnership to Assist Entrepreneurs

LMI of Richmond, Virginia is offering the program Effective Personal Productivity for Sole Proprietors and Entrepreneurs in an Executive Forum beginning July 11, 2011.

What is it that makes one person highly productive, while the person sitting next to them is unproductive?  What drives one person to success while others watch the clock?

Attitude, self-image and direction all heavily influence personal (and business) productivity.

Productivity is the wellspring of success and a basic part of human nature, yet many lack the direction they need to achieve.

The aims of the LMI Effective Personal Productivity program are to enable each participant to:
•    Communicate more effectively
•    Set goals and achieve results
•    Deal with interruptions
•    Increase productivity through controlling priorities
•    Evaluate attitudes and make productive behavioral changes

Who should take part in the Effective Personal Productivity program?

Business owners and other professionals have used the LMI process to improve their own performance.

The LMI process targets the development of executive leadership, managerial, supervisory and sales skills, as well as time management, communication, and personal and organizational goal setting.
